What we collect

When you make an enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, contact details, preferred dates, the programme you are interested in and anything you tell us about what you are hoping for.

If you subscribe to Letters from Vedic Wellness we store your email address for that purpose alone.

Our website collects basic technical information such as pages visited and approximate region. This is used to understand how the site is used, not to identify you.

Health information

Some of what you tell us during an enquiry or consultation concerns your health. We treat that information as confidential, share it only with the practitioners directly involved in your stay, and retain it only as long as necessary.

We do not use health information for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to plan and deliver your stay, and to keep in touch about it. If you have subscribed, to send you the newsletter.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link it contains.

To make any of these requests, write to reservations@vedicwellness.example.

This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
