Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry is not a booking. A stay is confirmed only when we have written to you with a confirmation and any deposit due has been received.
Programme content, therapies and schedules described on this website are indicative. Your actual programme is determined by consultation on arrival and may be adjusted during your stay.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation terms, deposits and amendment charges are set out in your booking confirmation. Please read them at the time of booking.
We may adjust or substitute an activity, therapy or space where weather, practitioner availability or your own wellbeing makes it necessary.
Your responsibilities
Please tell us at enquiry about any health condition, medication, allergy, injury or pregnancy. Some therapies are not appropriate in every circumstance, and we would rather know in advance than decline on the day.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions during your stay, and for following the guidance given by our practitioners.
